Refunds

At Infinity Online Solutions LLP, we strive to deliver high-quality services and solutions tailored to your business needs. However, due to the nature of digital services and products, all purchases are considered final.

Refunds may be granted under exceptional circumstances where:

A technical issue originating from our end renders the service completely unusable.

Duplicate payments are made in error.

A cancellation request is submitted before service initiation.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of purchase. Approval of a refund is at the sole discretion of Infinity Online Solutions, based on a thorough review of the issue. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
